Sometimes we struggle to get ourselves back on track and regulate, and that's often when we need someone to talk to most. I understand the challenging hustle and bustle of everyday life and appreciate that we often know what we need but struggle to get it or put things in place to make a change.

That's where I come in. We will work collaboratively to work through your challenges and create approaches and techniques that are unique to you. I offer a range of therapeutic approaches to accommodate your needs and goals. I recognise each person as an individual, and aim to be fluid and responsive to that by combining therapeutic techniques to appreciate that we all respond and process differently.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are your sessions?

Whether in person, video call or on the telephone, each session is 50 minutes. The 10 minutes remaining are spent on writing up your notes.

How do I book a session with you?

If you're curious about working with me, I offer a free, 30-minute, no-obligation introduction call where we can get to know each other and discuss how we might work together to manage your mental health and/or life challenges.

If, after that call you would like to go ahead with booking in for paid sessions, I'll share my availability with you so we can allocate a time and date to suit you. I recognise that you may want a taster session, so I also offer clients to have a paid trial session to see if they feel comfortable and if we work well together before going ahead with future sessions.

I work on a block booking of sessions; this is a minimum of 4 sessions. Payment is required upfront and upon the day of booking. It ensures that your slot is allocated to you, improves diary management and covers cancellations/rescheduling.

What can I expect from my first session with you?

I believe that it's important for us to feel as safe and comfortable as possible. I aim to strip the expectation of diving straight in unless that is your preferred approach. Some clients come in with a list, others prefer to see what comes up in conversation. Regardless of how you like to share, the session is directed by you, unless you feel you may benefit from my assistance with getting the conversation flowing.
